Storage

Each Black Truffle, still covered with its soil, should be wrapped in a kitchen paper towel before being stored in an airtight container, preferably glass. The paper should be changed daily, and any condensation formed inside the jar should be wiped dry.

Before using it, it is necessary to clean it from any traces of soil by brushing it with a toothbrush and rinsing it under cold running water.
